User Acceptance of Hotel Service Robots Using the Quantitative Kano Model

With today’s rapid technological developments, many have applied artificial intelligence and robot technology to the tourism hotel industries, with service robots (HSRs) being gradually developed. At present, more development companies focused their attention on improving HSRs’ different attributes improve acceptance by users, thereby enhancing market competitiveness customer loyalty. Understanding consumer of HSRs is important. Based a literature review user’s HSR current status, some factors were extracted. For questionnaire’s design data extraction, quantitative Kano model was used. The obtained compiled analyzed using Microsoft Excel SPSS. This study aims (1) qualitatively apply perceived value theory develop specific (2) quantitatively examine these concerning public acceptance. By integrating theory, this provides empirical evidence nonlinear relationship between user exploring various affecting degree change brought attributes. research result reveals multidimensional impacts value, prompting users embrace newer technologies.
